  : Location was great for parking and close to Medina. Facilities were great, nice clean etc. Naoufal looked after us so well during our stay, nothing was too much trouble.
  : The beds were quite hard. The breakfast is a lot of bread with dips but nothing else. I desperately would have liked some fruit, some eggs, or some cereal. 2 things happened that made me feel slightly uncomfortable. It was difficult to tell who worked here and who didn’t, but someone who was there a lot was asleep on one of the sofas in the restaurant one night. Their phone was ringing and ringing, so loud it woke me up and I had to go find the noise and wake them up (no idea how the were sleeping through it). Second thing that happened was a couple of guys who were part of the Riad but not working had what looked like a hammer but were hiding it under their arms like a weapon so I couldn’t see exactly what it was but it was just very suspicious and made me uneasy.

  : The riad is beautiful with fabulous facilities. It is situated just inside the blue gate of the Old Medina and is about 10 minutes walk to the souk inside the old medina. They offer hamam and massage on site for both men and women. The ladies massage and hammam carried out by suhelah was fabulous. The best massage I've ever had! There is a big comprehensive breakfast and the staff are helpful. We got a free upgrade to a lovely bedroom suite on our last night free of charge! would definitely stay here again
  : The bathroom for the junior suite is small. There is a hard sell as soon as you get in to sign up for excursions but you can negotiate the prices with them. You can easily get lost in the old medina as the narrow alleyways all look pretty similar. It ia difficult to find when you go to the hotel for the first time so it would make sense to arrange a pick up tto the hotel on the first day.

  : The pool mentioned in the description was very small. You can hardly swim there. There was a coffee maker in the room, but capsules would have to be added to it. Breakfast is small.
  : Clean rooms, you find yourself in a real Moroccan palace. Convenient location.
